This policy explains what Handazzled (The Crump Collective LLC, doing business as Handazzled) collects when you use handazzled.com and how we use it. We keep it simple because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Quote request details you submit: your name, email address, optional phone number, a description of your item and design ideas, colors and themes, approximate size, budget range, and optional deadline.
- Consent record: the time you agreed to our Terms and this policy.
- Anti-abuse data: a one-way, salted hash of your IP address (we do not store the raw address in our database) used for rate limiting, and, if enabled, a Cloudflare Turnstile human check.
- Standard technical logs that our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes to deliver and secure the site.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party marketing pixels on this site. The site does not set cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, prepare quotes, and provide our services.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
Who processes data for us
We rely on service providers to run the site and business, such as Cloudflare (hosting, database, security, and the optional Turnstile check), an email delivery provider (to notify us of requests and send replies), and payment processors when you pay us. They may process data only as needed to provide those services.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept while we are working with you and for up to 24 months afterward, unless we need to keep records longer for legal, tax, or dispute reasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live (for example, Utah, California, or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email hello@handazzled.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), strict security headers, access-controlled administration, and rate limiting to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures and limit the data we collect.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
